The CITY OF WARREN, MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN will receive electronic proposals for City Project PM-23-783, 2023 Pavement Marking Program The project includes but is not limited to the following: 1,075,000 LF Pavement Marking, Sprayable Thermoplastic, 4 Inch, 23,000 LF Pavement Marking, Overlay Cold Plastic Tape, 6 Inch, Sidewalk Crossing 5,000 LF Pavement Marking, Overlay Cold Plastic Tape, 24 Inch and 18 Inch, Stop Bar The scope of the project is to perform pavement marking operations throughout selected local and major streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Warren. The application of the lane striping throughout the City shall be done in two phases (Summer 2023 & Fall 2023). The Contract Documents shall consist of Supplemental Specifications, Advertisement, Instructions to Bidders, Pricing Sheet, Contract, Bonds, General Conditions, all Specifications, Plans and Drawings, Appendix, Addenda, Required Acknowledgment, and any supplements to the foregoing. In the event of a conflict between a term in the General Conditions and other contract documents, the General Conditions terms shall be subordinate to the conflicting term. The contractor shall be responsible to comply with the provisions of all Contract Documents
