Establishment of a List of Qualified Contractors for Calendar Year 2023

As required by California State law, the City of Carlsbad is hereby mailing written notice to construction trade journals/plan rooms inviting all licensed contractors to submit the name of their firm for inclusion on the City's list of qualified bidders for calendar year 2023. Listed contractors will receive notices inviting INFORMAL bids for projects in their area of classification. Contractors shall complete the attached form and email Alternately, contractors may email the following information on their letterhead, signed by an authorized representative, to the address above: o Name of company o Mailing address of company o Telephone Number o Fax number o E-mail address o California contractor's license number o Contractor's license classification o If classification is "A" or "B", include the categories of work in which you have specialized knowledge or skill, and for which you would be interested in receiving a bid invitation. Categories must be listed by classification code (e.g., C-8 Concrete or C-61/D24 Metal Products). Contractors may also mail the form to: City of Carlsbad Contract Administration 1635 Faraday Avenue Carlsbad CA 92008 Submissions will be placed in a database for use during calendar year 2023. Contractors may submit information at any time.
