| Description | Clean, Prepare, and Apply Coatings to Interceptor Piping Within Authority Chambers in Accordance with this Specification. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, if in the best interest of the Authority, including the right to reject a Bidder based upon poor prior experience. This contract will be awarded through a "Fair and Open" process pursuant to New Jersey Local Unit "Pay To Play" Law, Chapter 19, P.L. 2004 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C 17:27, equal employment opportunities, P.L. 1977, c.33, corporate and/or partnership ownership and P.L. 2004, c.57, business registration of public contracts. |
