The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of WVDHHR/BHHF, John Manchin Sr. Health Care Center Hospital to establish a contract for the following Replacement of Resident Handicap Shower at John Manchin Sr. Health Care Hospital , 401 Guffey St., Fairmont, West Virginia, 26554 The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WVDHHR) Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of Office of Health Facilities (OHF to establish a contract for the following: Provide and install four (4) Back-Flow Prevention devices at Hopemont Hospital located at 150 Hopemont Dr., Terra Alta, WV 26764. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
