Work consists of A. The Project shall be known as VA Water Tank Rehabilitation and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: Rehabilitation of the VA Water Tank: a hydropillar tank, capacity of 1,000,000 gallons, and a height of 110 feet. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: Sandblasting and Recoating of Exterior Steel Surfaces and Interior “Wet” Steel Surfaces; Cleaning and Resurfacing of Interior “Dry” Steel Surfacing, recoating of piping, Valves, and Appurtenances inside “Dry” tank Interior; Containment System, and site restoration.
