Janitorial and Custodial Services

Qualified firms (Respondents) to provide janitorial services at ERS’ building on the western half of ERS’ block at 200 East 18th Street, Austin, Texas 78701 and/or at ERS’ newly constructed building on the eastern half of ERS’ block at 1836 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701. Respondents may submit an RFP response (Proposal) for one or both buildings. Respondent shall provide the level of services required in the RFP and meet other requirements that are in the best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State). Respondent shall be required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins upon execution of the Contract by ERS and extends for four (4) years, subject to the terms of the Contract.
