Owen Brown Street Sidewalk

As of September 8, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The proposed work consists of the installation of a five (5) foot wide sidewalk approximately 1,195 feet long along Owen Brown Street from Lennox Road to Morse Road, to include parapet wall and railing, conduit, pull boxes, limited curbing, pavement mill and fill, drainage, and traffic control devices.in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount (100%) of the Bid All Contract Work, complete : 90 Days The CONTRACTOR shall complete the project, including punch list items, by May 17, 2024
