Description

For the HVAC System Upgrade of SW Baltimore Charter #328, Diggs-Johnson Building #162 located at 1300 Herkimer Street, Baltimore, MD 21223. This project consists of selective replacement and upgrade of the classroom heating only unit ventilators with vertical self-contained heat pump energy recovery unit ventilators throughout the building with associated electrical upgrades. The project also include the replacement of the existing electrical service and upgrading the building from 208/120V to 480/277V. Including, but not limited to, new incoming electrical equipment, ductbank, and utility transformer.
