| Description | The canvas is located on the back side of 310 W Oak Street facing south on Main Street. The theme for this mural is to create a 3-dimensional balloon mural utilizing the word “RISE”. This mural is meant to generate conversation about lifting others and our community and should be used as a conversation starter for bringing people, organizations, and groups together. The artist will be responsible for 1. Preparing the base of the canvas with primer or appropriate mural material (city will coordinate cleaning the canvas prior to project start) 2. Complete design and painting of the mural 3. Film the process and provide video of project from start to finish. |
