Description

Consist of furnishing all labor and materials for pedestrian improvements along SR 2, Kirkwood Highway, from SR 2 (Limestone Road) to Duncan Road in New Castle County. The purpose of this project is to provide a continuous Pedestrian Access Route (PAR) along the north and south sides of SR 2 and improve pedestrian safety. A 2015 edestrian Safety Study recommended this location for pedestrian and pedestrian safety upgrades.
