Description | The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 64,795 square foot, four story above grade multi-residential development. Destefano & Associates is the Construction Manager for the construction of The Mark at Cumberland Foreside. We are seeking bid proposals for divisions 02900 through 16000. The trades being sought include concrete flatwork, appliances and toilet accessories The following documents are provided for use in preparing a bid. 1.) Architectural plans by Mark Mueller Architects dated 6/21/2022 issued for construction 2.) Finish plans by Bowerbird Design Collective dated 6/21/2022 issued for construction 3.) Structural plans by Structural Integrity dated 6/21/22 issued for construction 4.) Electrical plans by Bennett Engineering dated 6/10/2022 5.) Plumbing plans by Bennett Engineering dated 6/10/2022 6.) Mechanical plans by Bennett Engineering dated 6/10/2022 7.) Site plans by Sevee & Maher Engineers dated 6/20/22 issued for construction 8.) Geotech report by Summit Geoengineering dated 11/19/21 9.) Bid specification document The project is fully funded and building permit is expected shortly. Refer to the schedule document for the proposed construction schedule.
