Career Services Training Center Phase 2

As of April 3rd, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. Cherokee Nation is working in conjunction with Key Construction on the Career Services Training Center Project. Bids will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian owned companies. To receive Indian Preference, the company must be certified with the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The TERO Certification must be included in the bid submittal. All information is in the bid document attached including the point of contact information at Key Construction for inquiries. Bids for the Cherokee Nation Career Services Training Center are being posted to this public bid website on behalf of Key Construction. TERO Preference will apply to this project.
