Kelseyville High School Gymnasium Site Work Project

All other Subcontractor Classifications licensed by the California State Contractors License Board may purchase copies of the Contract Documents for the cost of printing and shipping at the facilities of Draftech Blueprinting, Inc., 1544 Terrace Way, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, (707) 578-9442. Orders shall be placed through Draftech. Partial sets are not available. Purchased copies are non-refundable. Briefly described without force or effect on the scope of the proposed work which is fully described in the contract documents, the project generally consists of : Remove existing gymnasium flooring, prepare for new flooring. Install new vapor barrier, flooring and base. Site drainage improvements. Bidders must submit one Bid Proposal per Contract indicated. Bidders may provide Bid Proposals for more than one or all Contracts, however, a separate and appropriate Bid Proposal Form must be submitted for each Contract and filled out completely, including Bid Security for each proposal.
