Eastern Camden County Regional High School 2021 Rooftop HVAC Units Replacement

Remove and replace 4 rooftop units to include new controls for the existing lobby, main office, cafeteria and corridor. Remove and replace the existing fan powered hot water heat variable volume boxes and controls above the existing ceiling. Remove and replace the existing ceiling and modify the existing duct and pipe for the new VAV units. Provide new DDC controls. Remove and replace the existing control valves on the existing baseboard in areas serviced by the new rooftop units. Clean all of the existing duct that are serviced by the existing units being replaced. Rebalance all existing air devices in areas serviced by the new replacement ones. Replace the existing rooftop mounted duct at the cafeteria. Remove the existing Unit Ventilators at the cafeteria, fill in the wall opening, and provide new pipe and radiation. Remove the existing exhaust fans on the cafeteria roof and cap openings. Modify the existing sequence of operations for the existing units to include sequencing for utilizing heat in the new rooftops. Provide new gas pipe to the new cafeteria unit. Restore all grades, lawns and pavement to pre-construction condition.
