Blue Oval City TCAT Campus Bid Package 4

Montgomery Martin Contractors is seeking your bid on this package for the Statewide Blue Oval City TCAT Campus. This is a ground up project to be located at 8285 Highway 222, Stanton,TN (Fayette County). The project will consist of constructing a new building for craft training that is approximately 120,000 sf. This bid package consists of landscaping, the building envelope and the building interiors. 1. Subcontractors shall incorporate the following items into their bid: a. Include all layout required for the scope of work you are bidding b. Include all hoisting, scaffolding, etc. required for the scope of work c. Include all mobilizations required for the scope of work d. Include all permits required to perform the work QA date changed 01/20/2023 to 02/02/2023 e. Include all sales tax (TN State tax is 7%; Fayette County tax is 2.25%, some cities and local governments in Fayette County collect additional local sales taxes, which can be as high as 0.5%) f. Include daily cleanup and trash removal for your work g. All subcontractors and vendors are required to use Procore Construction Management Software 2. This project does not have a prevailing wage scale. 3. Preliminary project schedule is attached. 4. It is mandatory that the prequalification form be completed and returned prior to or with the bid. Form is located in the General Documents folder of the SmartBid planroom. 5. Please note Specification Section 01 81 14 - High Performance Building Requirements (HPBr). 6. Please note Specification Section 01 91 13 - General Commissioning Requirements. Construction is expected to begin December 2022 with completion approximately April 2024.
