Description

The project will consist of finalizing the design and enacting improvements to transform Mill Street from Neal to West Main Street to create a town square atmosphere, improving accessibility and pedestrian friendliness, and encouraging use of the right of way for dining and entertainment. Planning: The Design-Build team will coordinate efforts to obtain all necessary permits and documents required for construction (traffic control, environmental permitting, building permits, pedestrian control plans, utility, etc.) prior to commencing construction activities. The planning phase of the project will also include review of existing facilities, this effort will be coordinated with City staff.
