Parking Lot 12 Re-Construction

The Work of the Project includes reconstruction of Parking Lot 12 with resurfacing and new side street parking on Church Street. Project also includes landscaping features, site lighting, and electric charging stations. DEPOSIT: None All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to kevinw@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Project Assistant at tabitha.amold@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
