Phase 11 - Paving Improvements (Part 1A - Seal Coats & Overlays)

Work will consist of approximately 44,337 of mill and overlays of one (1) roadway, and 87,974 SY of seal coat with one course surface treatment for sixteen (16) roadways including minor ADA ramp improvements, parking lot striping, pavement striping, sidewalks, pavement and curb and gutter repairs throughout various portions of seventeen (17) street sections. part 1A Additive alternate bid No’S. 1A1 through 1A9 work consists of additional roadway work of approximately 37,926 SY of mill and overlay of five (5) roadways, and 37,926 SY of seal coat with one course surface treatment for three (3) roadways including bridge improvements, temporary pavement markings, concrete driveways, ADA ramps, sidewalk repairs, curb and gutter repairs to eight (8) thoroughfares throughout the City of Portland, Texas. Part 2A Base Bid and additive alternate bid No's 2A1-2A9 work consists of substituting the One Course Surface Treatment Material with the High-Density Mineral Bond Emulsion throughout the project.
