Description

Design-build, turn-key installation of five (5) Air handling units and their associated condensing units. Design: Include drawings that indicate existing equipment, piping, duct, electrical & control wiring, to be removed. Design drawings to include new equipment layout and associated connections to existing building system, duct and pipe sizes, installation details, schedules. Control schematic and sequence of operations shall be included in documents. Include cooling and heating loads where required. Design documents to be stamped by a licensed professional engineer. Provide equipment documentation required to submit for utility incentives which may be available. Design documents will also include logistical plans for coordination of trades and phasing plan, if necessary that will allow the school to operate between scheduled work plans
