Replacement of the Central Yard Fuel Point” located at 758 East Old Philadelphia Road, Elkton, MD 21921 1. Remove two (2), existing 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks and the associated infrastructure. 2. Remove the existing, 28’ x 48’x 30’ metal frame, vehicle wash building, the associated infrastructure, and the adjacent concrete aprons. The construction of a new vehicle wash building will occur in a subsequent phase, Phase 2.
