This project also includes hold sites for STATE ROUTE 1033 SECTION 401, in Indiana COUNTY, Clarion TOWNSHIP along SR 1033 (Wilgus Road) from the intersection of Rod and Gun Club Road at segment 0060 offset 0000 to the intersection of Hemlock Lake Road at segment 0160 offset 0615.
