Strategic Redevelopment Consultant (New construction Projects and Existing Construction Projects)

The City seeks proposals from qualified and responsible firms to provide the following strategic planning and consulting services: 1.Identification of the City’s needs which must be accommodated in redevelopment initiatives; 2. Provide a risk analysis for projects; 3. Coordinate with city staff for outreach events and community communications; 4. Analyze alternatives and recommendation of creative solutions that meet the City’s needs and goals; 5. Understanding of Zoning requirements; 6. Strategic project planning and developing timelines; 7. Reviewing of plans to determine the suitability and validity of redevelopment initiatives; 8. Market assessment; 9. Assistance with the procurement process once a procurement method is identified; 10. Evaluations of proposals and project viability; 11. Review, analysis, and recommendations regarding project financial structuring to include; life cycle costs, revenue, economic impact, environmental and greening initiatives, and other financial and project details; 12. Assistance in developing successful public-private partnerships, where applicable
