RFQ D/B - Chandler Joint Operations Center

The Oklahoma Military Department is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a new Joint Operations Center in Chandler, Oklahoma The project scope will require the team to design and construct all aspects of the new Joint Operations Center. Options funded outside the cost ceiling limitation may include FFE, telecommunications systems, electronic security systems, and audio-visual systems. The Joint Operations Center will be within approximately 7,000- 9,000 gross square-feet with a cost ceiling limitation of approximately $6.8 million Project award is anticipated to be April 2024 with an estimated project duration of 18 months. Interested Design-Build Teams are invited to request an electronic copy of the RFQ by emailing a statement of interest to OMDChandler JOC@jones-design-studio.com. To submit a response to the RFQ, Design-Build teams must be registered with the State of Oklahoma. Registration instructions and contacts will be included in the RFQ. This notice shall serve as an opportunity to become a trade partner with a Design-Buildteam.
