HVAC Design and Install for City Warehouse Building

1. Replace the 24-ton roof mounted Weathermaker with comparable 24-30-ton 3-4 stage compressor unit with high efficiency rating. 2. Disconnect, remove, and dispose the old Weathermaker roof top unit, furnish and install two new roof curbs, and repair rooftop as needed. 3. Replace duct work as needed to balance air flow throughout and clean any existing duct work that remains. 4. Furnish and install new zone duct heaters as needed. 5. Furnish and install new mini split system for copy room. 6. Furnish and install new mini split system for new 1,000 SQFT office space. 7. Install thermostats for each duct heater and furnish new non-proprietary controls for systems. 8. Install new diffusers in open areas as needed. 9. Provide a one-year warranty on this system along with a detailed component listing with associated warranty information. 10. Adjust and commission the building after all the work has been completed. 11. Complete as-built control drawings for customer documentation. 12. Provide (1) 2-hour training class to the facilities department
