Pleasant View Elementary Restroom Renovation, Multiple Elementary School Playground Renovations and Multiple Building Site Concrete Repairs All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. Project includes multiple buildings and project sites. Restroom Renovations = 4,200 SF total. Playground Renovations = Apprx. 42,000 SF total. Site Improvements = 7,500 SF total. Work includes but is not limited to general trades, mechanical and plumbing, electrical and technology.
