Newport Annex Building Roof Insulation Replacement

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for the installing roof insulation in an existing steel building. The building is located in Newport, Oregon. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for all permits. The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
