The City of Rio Rancho is requesting formal proposals for the replacement of existing radio read meters (AMRs) with new Owner supplied Sensus iPERL system meters and the SmartPoint radio transceivers including meter boxes and/or meter lids. 1) Replacement of the existing meter with Owner supplied Sensus iPERL meter and transceiver, and replacement of the existing meter box lid only to accommodate the transceiver transponder. 2) Replacement of the existing meter with Owner supplied Sensus iPERL meter and transceiver, and replacement of the existing meter box and lid to accommodate the transceiver transponder.
