Swimming Pool Plaster Repair

1 Detect areas in need of plaster repair. 2 Saw cut an area 3 inches around bad spots and remove plaster inside the saw cut. Undercut edges of remaining plaster. 3 Clean pool surface of all material that might interfere with proper bond of coatings 4 Etched cleaned surface with muriatic aced solution. Use concentration necessary to clean and roughen surface. Neutralize surface with a solution of baking soda and water to eliminate acid residue. 5 Apply SGM Bond Kote as directed before plastering. 6 Apply Diamond Brite plaster to areas to be repaired in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. 7 Power wash and acid wash new plaster areas to provide a smooth surface. 8 Clean up and removal of all debris.
