Professional Services for Ponderosa Road Improvements and Resurfacing - City of Richmond Hill

Project is included City of Richmond Hill 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 29, 2023, a designer has been awarded but not yet disclosed. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written proposals from qualified design firms for the design of Ponderosa Road Improvements and Resurfacing for The City of Richmond Hill. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Request for proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink. Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:00 A.M., August 12th, 2022. No responses will be given to questions received after that time. Questions may be faxed to 912.756.5882, emailed to cphillips@eomworx.com, or hand delivered to The City of Richmond Hill located at 40 Richard R Davis Drive Richmond Hill, GA 31324. Any changes to the conditions and specifications must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document approved changes. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
