Description

The Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) project is located on CR 250 West, in Porter County, Indiana. The project will begin at US 30 and terminate at Joliet Road. The road will be milled 4.0” deep before the FDR to keep the road profile close to existing grade. The existing road cross section will be pulverized and cement stabilized per the Contractor’s approved FDR design. Tack coat will be applied above the FDR and intermediate surfaces. 220 lbs./SY hot mix asphalt pavement, 12.5 mm, Intermediate, Type B shall be placed under 165 lbs./SY hot mix asphalt pavement, 9.5 mm, Surface, Type B.
