COVID-19 Sanitization and Disinfection Services

Contract Period: This will be a one (1) year contract with the option of two (2), one (1) year extension up to a total of three (3) years subject to price and need for services. Scope of services may vary depending on the space being cleaned. • Clean sinks, toilets/handles, bathtubs/shower stalls/handles, all desks, tables, TV remotes, fixtures, flooring, entire chairs, handrails, light switches, elevator buttons, cabinet handles, thermostats, etc. Basically, anything someone would touch. Locations to be disinfected include: • OCHN Corporate Building - 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy Michigan o This is a five-story building consisting of employee workspaces, meeting space and some vacant space. The building square footage is 144,000 square feet. Occupied space is 120,000 square feet. • OCHN Resource and Crisis Center (RCC) – 1200 N. Telegraph Bldg. 32E, Pontiac, MI o This is a two-story building consisting of employee workspaces, meeting space and Crisis Residential Rooms. The building is approximately 49,000 square feet. • Specialized Residential Locations o Various sized residential locations. At the time of request for service, OCHN designee will provide an estimated square footage of space for the location
