Renovate Toilet Room in Building 208 and 212

U.S. Army Garrison – Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for providing labor, material and equipment in order to renovate a Men's and Women's combined toilet/locker/shower rooms in each building 208 and 212, for a total of 4 restrooms. The work will include demolition of existing plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, lockers, toilet partitions and all toilet accessories such as soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers. Demolition will also include partial demolition of plaster ceiling and concrete block walls as required to re-configure the plumbing fixtures. The new work will include repair of masonry walls and plaster ceiling; providing a new resinous flooring system, painting of the walls, doors, and ceiling; providing new plumbing and light fixtures, lockers and benches, toilet partitions and toilet accessories. The square footages of each room are as follows: Building 208 Men’s = 459 s.f. Women’s = 472 s.f. Building 212 Men’s = 664 s.f. Women’s = 466 s.f.
