Description

*This prequalification is REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED in order to be able to bid on the job. *We just want to remind everyone that this correspondence is for the prequalification period only. *This job does require a project specific prequal, so even if you are prequalified with Rodgers Builders or Mecklenburg county, you will still be required to submit. In order to bid the job in the near future, you will need to be prequalified. Rodgers Builders has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Discovery Place Nature Project. The project consists of demolition of the existing Nature Museum, extensive sitework, and a 26,000 SF new construction building that will serve as the new Discovery Place Nature Museum. See the prequalification form (form is located in the Files of this "project") for the list of bid packages (also listed below and is subject to change) and estimated values and prequalification requirements.
