Scope: The Contractor will construct park improvements including, but not limited to the following: A courts area (including futsal, basketball, volleyball & pickleball courts), grass & synthetic multi-use fields, 5k trail, office building, restroom/concession buildings, parking lots, roadways, vehicular bridges/pedestrian bridges, bioretention ponds, an entrance gateways structure, and all other miscellaneous items necessary for completion of the work within the City of Johns Creek (City), Georgia.
