Description Raise four (4) large HVAC cooling towers, units, frames and all associated piping, duct work, and electrical, up two (2) feet and set on permanent frame extensions. The units are located at The Greenville County Courthouse at 301 East North Street. Contractor will work with County Representatives and roofing consultant to coordinate time frames and installation. Contractor will test all four (4) HVAC Cooling Towers after rising to assure they are working as designed. Greenville County Property Management staff will inspect work performed during and after the installation is complete.
