To provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Construction of the Main Street & Security Boulevard Intersection (Security Project) and the Security/Widefield & Fontaine Boulevard Intersection Improvement Projects (Fontaine Project), which includes but is not limited to: the removal of existing traffic signals and associated equipment, installation of traffic signals and associated conduit and equipment, construction of new ADA compliant pedestrian facilities, and signing/pavement markings, per the attached specifications and drawings.
