Description | To inspect shoreline areas identified and remove all debris (trash and any other deleterious material) found with a dry weight of 50 pounds or less at a frequency of every sixty (60) days. In the circumstance wherein debris greater than a dry weight of 50 pounds is discovered during a shoreline inspection, Contractor shall photograph the existence of the larger debris and seek authorization from Town Staff for its removal on a time-and-materials or agreed upon lump sum basis. Removal of debris on an as-needed or on-call basis may occur outside the normal 60-day shoreline inspection frequency. Compensation for debris removal on these occasions will be either on a time-and-materials or agreed upon lump sum basis |
