| Description | Reconstructing of Kaufman Street from an existing asphalt roadway to an asphalt curb and gutter section approximately 2,500 square yards) consisting of 6” of asphalt and 6” of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 250 LF of 18”-24” reinforced concrete pipe and associated appurtenances, 1000 LF of 12-14” water line, 700 LF of 12”-15” sanitary sewer line, and ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps. The project also includes driveway repairs, street lights and various landscaping and irrigation restoration. |
