| Description | Adams County (County) is seeking responses from contractors for the design and upgrade of the existing Faraday MPC 1000 fire alarm panel system, notification and initiating devices at Riverdale Regional Park Administration building to Edwards system as direct one for one replacement. ADD/ALTERNATE Upgrade with public address and notification broadcasting function. Scope of work is to 1. Replacement of existing FACP with Edwards EST 3 in a 3-CAB 14 Enclosure. 2. Existing initiating devices demo and replacement with new EST Signature devices. 3. Replacement of notification devices EST style devices. 4. Replace existing 2nd floor booster with EST style device. 5. Required programing and connectivity to Monitoring Station. 6. Testing and commissioning. |
