Building(s): Baseball/Softball Complex Restrooms Room(s)/Area: Men’s & Women’s Restrooms Scope of Work & Preparation of All Areas to be Repainted: -All surfaces are to be treated with a 50/50 ratio bleach & water solution to remove any mildew. -All surfaces pressure washed to remove any remaining dirt grease or other contaminants. -Allow to dry completely. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Plywood Ceilings: -Apply one coat of Richards #26 Holzout Primer. -Apply two coats of Richards #1850 Thor Semi-Gloss Enamel. Color to be determined by owner (ESCC). -Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. -Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Concrete Walls: -Apply two coats of Richards #1840 Thor Satin Enamel. Color to be determined by owner (ESCC). -Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. -Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Concrete Floors: -Apply two coats Richards 4200 DeckGuard Floor Coating. Color to be determined by owner (ESCC). -Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. -Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Metal Doors & Frames: -Sand with 220 grit sand paper to achieve a paintable surface and clean off all residue. -Prime all rust areas with Richards #1015 Rust Inhibitive Primer. -Apply two coats of Richards #1850 Thor Semi-Gloss Enamel. Color to be determined by owner (ESCC). -Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. -Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scheduling and Time Allowances: -Work to be scheduled with the Plant Supervisor, Michael Helms (334-447-6477). -Once project has begun, the total job should be completed in no more than fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days. Products: -Any and all required materials and products to perform this job will be purchased and supplied by the successful bidder. -Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS or SDS) of all products to be used should be supplied to the ESCC Plant Supervisor no less than seven (7) days prior to the work beginning.
