The successful bidder is required to comply with the COVID-19 Safety and Vaccination Verification Declaration Requirements in the Supplemental Conditions for Washington State Facilities Construction and provide the Vaccination Verification Declaration prior to award of the contract. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $344,000.00 to $380,000.00 The state reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The undersigned hereby agrees to Substantially Complete all the work under the Base Bid (and accepted Alternates) within 100 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed.
