Bid Pack 1 - Sitework

The development provides utility and site improvements on an undeveloped 77.6-acre parcel along Joslyn Road for the proposed facility and will provide infrastructure for future community amenities and activities. This project includes the construction of permanent drives to provide access onto public roadways at Joslyn Road and West Scripps Road, adding passing lanes at the new drive entrance onto Joslyn Road. Project is primarily a single-story with a partial walk-out basement. The facility is comprised of two buildings, one for the Oakland County Sheriff Substation, the second for the departments and public amenities essential to township operations.
