Rehabilitation of Emergency Exit 302N at 168th Street Station, Broadway 7th Avenue Line

The work of this Contract CS35322 includes the demolition and rehabilitation of the entire emergency exit staircase including the flight of stairs, landings, steel support framing, and steel struts. Additional work will include repair concrete and waterproof the fan shaft walls, provided new lighting fixtures, conduits, and wire throughout the emergency exit. This is an A+B Contract.
