HVAC Units, their removal and Installation Services. This total is to include all labor, materials, supplies, permits, taxes (if any), delivery costs and any other expense item related to the completion of this project for the Mary Blount Elementary School Library. All vendor questions regarding this ITB and any requests for approval of an alternative brand or model of unit(s) are due in the Online Bidding Systems Questions tab by 5:00 PM on Wednesay, July 5, 2023. The bid submittal must include a bid deposit in the form of a bond, certified check, cash, or bank letter of credit in the amount of 5% of bid amount made payable to the Blount County Trustee. The right is reserved, as the interest of the County may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
