Emergency clean up services may include, but are not limited to: smoke, fire, water, or wind damage to a facility. Vendors may be required, in subsequent spot market solicitations, to provide the following services: Water damage extraction anddry-out Desiccant/ refrigerant drying Verification of value Fire and smoke damage cleanup Removal and disposal of wet materials Assessment of damages Soot clean up and odor removal services Monitoring and recording of moisture levels Protection and preservation of property Deodorizing and sanitizing Content cleaning, manipulation and inventory Wet document and vital records recovery and restoration including freeze frying services Dehumidification Electronics and data recovery Deep cleaning services Segregation of damaged from undamaged stock Decontamination/disinfecting services
