Description

New Culinary Arts Building / plans and specs by Ruhnau Clarke Architects (A#04-120691): Demolition of existing pool facility and chemical storage. Construction of new 8,880 square foot Culinary Arts building includes bakery, ware washing, cooking equipment, cooler & freezer, lecture room, instructor s suite, caf , banquet room, and outdoor seating and fabric shade structure. New Aquatics Center / plans and specs by Ruhnau Clarke Architects (A#04-120690): Demolition of existing tennis and handball courts. Construction of new Aquatic Facility complete with swimming pool, pool equipment room, restrooms, exterior showers, coach s office, training room, bleachers, covered metal shade structures, and Musco sports lighting. New Sports Lighting / plans and specs by Architects Mosher Drew (A#04-120638): Installation of Musco sports lighting and related electrical infrastructure (18 poles total); includes associated site trenching and replacement of softscape and hardscape in kind. Tennis Court Fencing Replacement / plans and specs by PBK Architects (A#04-119932): Removal and replacement of tennis court fencing and associated concrete slab/footings. Upgrade path of travel from public right of way to entrance of tennis court. Upgrade Building C restrooms and east parking lot to accessible standards. This Project will be delivered as a Lease-Lease Back . Bidders shall submit proposals for the noted Bid Package(s) on the forms provided in the Bid Documents for the work included in each respective Bid Package. No exclusions of the work in the Bid Package will be permitted. All Bidders are responsible for reviewing the complete set of Project Documents, including plans, specifications, Division of Work, etc. for full scope of work to be provided.
