Description

Scope: Provide design, engineering and construction services to accommodate the proposed field conversion. The Design Build (DB) team should provide examples of successful previous projects of similar size, scope and dollar value. The scope of work will include removing the existing playing surface, grading subgrade and installing specified drainage system and installing new playing surface. Review of and proposed changes needed for surrounding storm drainage system as well as new irrigation system are also included. The DB effort will incorporate/adjust parameters to achieve the desired project objectives within the programmed budget.
