| Description | The Augusta School Department is requesting a proposal for a new foundation roughly 52’ X 42’ and 6” thick consisting of 4000 psi concrete with, 2’ grid of #4 rebar through the entire slab and 3’ inches up from bottom of 16” haunch. 2” of insulation underneath the pad and under haunch and on sides. The ground work should consist of 24” of 2” gravel with 500X fabric. Engineered plans will be needed for the installation of the provided metal roof that will be fastened to two 40’ storage containers that are on site. Alternate BID’s for a new metal building will also be accepted. Installation of the cement pad and structure must be completed before June 25, 2021. |
