| Description | Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady Saratoga BOCES (commonly known as Capital Region BOCES) seeks to obtain the services of qualified service provider(s) to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems in various locations. A. All fire extinguishers shall be inspected annually and shall be hydro tested and recharged, when required by law or need. B. All work performed shall be in accordance with NFPA 10, 2018 in compliance with NYS Fire Prevention Code NFPA 3, 2021 and all applicable regulatory standards. Second Site Visit on 10/14/2021 at 9:00 AM at the Schoharie Career and Technical Education Campus 174 NY-30A, Schoharie NY 12157. Third Site Visit on 10/15/2021 at 10:00 AM at the NERIC Plattsburgh office at 1523 Military Turnpike, Suite 100 Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Advanced notice is required for the site visit to this location. Bidders are to indicate their intent to attend on the Receipt Confirmation Form, and return it to to Capital Region BOCES Purchasing Department at least 24 hours prior to the site visit. |
