West Longmont Pump Plant, 1200 Airport Road, Longmont, CO 80503, GPS Coordinates: Latitude 10.14512 North, Longitude 105.1500 West 3. Louisville/Superior Pump Plant, 1695 South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO 80027, GPS Coordinates: Latitude 39.99080 North, Longitude 105.1188 West IV. Scope of Services: PHASE I • Carter Lake Hydro Plant – 7150 W. County Rd 8E, Berthoud, CO 80513 o Approximately 2800 square feet of floor area o Contractor will need to clean the floor with little or no water in this plant because of the high voltage power raceways that are in the floor (cannot get water in these). o The contractor will need to grind the floor with an abrasive wheel that has a vacuum attachment to ruff up the surface for good adhesion to concrete. The vacuum will keep dust out of electrical components. o Silica sand will need to be added for a “slip resistant” floor. o Epoxy flooring should be chemical resistant and around 15 mils thick or manufacturers specifications. o The contractor will have to work around many concrete pedestals, pipes and air handling units located in this plant. PHASE II • West Longmont Pump Plant – 1200 Airport Road, Longmont, CO 80503 o Approximately 3000 square feet of floor area o This plant has two rooms, an electrical room and a main pump room, which is the majority of the floor area. o The contractor will need to grind the floor with an abrasive wheel that has a vacuum attachment to ruff up the surface for good adhesion to concrete.
